RS-Web is an intuitive online menu system allowing you to search and work with your records. Finding a particular box or file is simple using pre-defined “Quick Searches” which can be personalised to your preferred search terminology. You can even create your own search criteria using the advanced search tool.

Ordering services is straightforward too. You can retrieve and return boxes and files using the unique barcode reference, your own Box Number or use the advanced “Search and Select” tool. Records are then placed into a “shopping cart” and can be printed, removed or placed on an order. Orders are not just limited to pick-up or delivery requests – you can also order services, request supplies and even check the ETA status of any order... any time.
