In order to provide you with the very best options Oasis centres incorporate dedicated, air-conditioned Media Libraries that deliver the ideal, stable environment for long-term storage of your digital tapes, discs and drives.

Highly secure, with restricted access control, each Library incorporates Novec1230 gas suppression systems throughout together with humidity monitoring to protect and maintain the integrity of your vital back-up media.

High density shelving provides optimum storage of individual tapes (all formats) as well as purpose-designed Data Cases where storage and rotation is required as a full backup set.

Our standard operating procedures ensure that all tapes and cases are barcoded and tracked at all stages of transfer between our Library and your nominated premises.

You simply tell us how and when tapes/cases are to be retrieved and returned and we implement this schedule to ensure you receive;

Physical deliveries and collections are undertaken using our own vehicles all of which are fitted with a passive anti-theft system, key-locking bonnet, lock-in-latch lock system and remote central double locking as standard. All vehicles are un-liveried to maintain a low profile at all times. The Delivery Team are supplied with mobile ‘phones and satellite tracking is standard across the fleet – if there’s any unforeseen service delay you will be the first to know about it!
