Environmental Stability

For those customers who have archive or media records that may be susceptible to environmental change and need to store them in constant and stable conditions then Oasis media vaults are ideal for your needs.

With the added benefit of gas suppression systems Oasis vaults are fully air-conditioned and incorporate humidity monitoring equipment as standard. Our vaults are located centrally within our Records Centres away from natural sunlight to reduce potential damage by fading and minimise the effects of heat from light energy. Internal conditions are maintained in accordance with the recommendations specified in BS5454:2000 as follows;

• temperature range 16-19°C and a
• relative humidity level between 45-60%

Racking is open and vented and can be quickly adapted to suit a variety of sensitive items including;
